Rates

Individual Therapy Session: $130 (50 - 55 Minute Session)

Couples Therapy Session:  $165 (50 -60 Minute Session)

Insurance

Currently, I do not accept insurance. I am in the process of contracting with Blue Cross Blue Shields of North Carolina, AETNA and MEDCOST for individual sessions only. Until credentialing is final (can take upwards of 10 months), I am an Out of Network Provider for therapy services. 

For Couples

I do not currently and will not be accepting insurance (see link below for full explanation). I can provide you with information required by your insurance company (Super Bill) that may allow you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.  Please be sure to contact your insurance company to see how they compensate you for out of network counseling/psychotherapy services.

Payment

I accept ACH bank transfer, cash, check, Health Savings Account and all major credit cards as forms of payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Not showing up for a scheduled appointment or cancelling without 24 hours notice will be charged at full session rate.
